The first task of a home stager is to assess the needs of the homeowner. Many times, furnishings need to be rearranged and the house decluttered. Stagers use the homeowner’s own décor and advise the owners what to pack up and put in storage.

To show well, a home must be easy to navigate and free of personal mementos and pictures. Interior designers make indoor spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting essential and decorative items.

Our Process

Included in the submission is an initial ‘mood’ and ‘feel’ of what may be possible for the interior design and fit-out. If successful, on engagement:

• Specific mood boards will be presented to each unit and discussed with the representative(s) until a final design proposal is approved.
• Upon approval; specific materials and elements will be proposed (within budget) and story-boards as well as samples (where appropriate) will be submitted for approval.
• Upon approval; products, materials and services will be purchased.
• Our appointed personnel will then oversee the delivery and installation under the supervision of our designer.

Drafting

Drafting is the tail end of design which simplifies the details in the design process for the ease of interpretation.

It is the next phase of the design process, which bounds understanding of the scope the project, including all aspects of concept design, documentation, contract administration, and quality control. The draftsperson must ensure the compliance of project quality standards.
